– Authors or stakeholders who identify errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in published articles or conference proceedings are encouraged to notify the editorial office of ICoMEIA 2024.
– Upon receiving notification, the editorial team will carefully assess the reported issue and, if verified, will initiate the process for issuing updates or corrections.

2. Types of Revisions
– Minor corrections or typographical errors will be rectified with an erratum or corrigendum, clearly stating the nature of the correction and its impact on the original publication.
– Substantial revisions that affect the interpretation or validity of the content will undergo a thorough evaluation process, including review by relevant experts or peer reviewers.

3. Publication of Updates
– Corrections, errata, or corrigenda will be published promptly and linked to the original publication to ensure visibility and transparency.
– Revised versions of articles or conference proceedings resulting from substantial updates will be clearly identified and published with appropriate versioning.

4. Transparency and Documentation
– All updates, corrections, or revisions will be documented and clearly communicated to readers, indicating the reason for the change and providing a transparent account of the modification made.
– Authors will be involved and informed throughout the revision process, maintaining transparency, and ensuring accuracy.

5. Retractions and Withdrawals
– In cases where serious errors, ethical concerns, or issues affecting the validity of published content arise, ICoMEIA 2024 may issue retractions or withdrawals following established guidelines and in accordance with COPE recommendations.
